Meet the Physio
John Raineri
At Pallas Physiotherapy, we take a holistic, movement-based approach to rehab, pain management, and performance. We don’t just treat symptoms, we help you understand your body, regain confidence in your movement, and achieve lasting results.
Whether you’re coming back from injury, struggling with pain, or looking to reach the next level, we blend hands-on physiotherapy, exercise, and evidence-based education, tailored to your unique goals. Our practice is grounded in science, but focused on you as a whole.
Treatment Approach
My treatment approach blends physiotherapy, movement coaching, and trauma-aware principles to support people in moving with confidence, strength, and ease. I see each client not just as an injury or condition, but as a whole person with unique experiences, capacities, and goals. My sessions are centred on active, evidence-based rehabilitation, using movement, strength, and skill development as the foundation for recovery, while also drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS) principles to acknowledge how emotions, beliefs, and protective patterns can influence pain and performance. Whether we are addressing persistent pain, rebuilding strength after injury, or working toward new movement skills, I aim to create a collaborative environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to take ownership of their progress.

I believe true health goes beyond just fixing injuries; it’s about helping you reconnect with your body, rebuild trust in your movement, and feel whole again, no matter where you’re starting from.
I blend evidence-based physiotherapy, pain education, and psychological insight, and strength & conditioning, movement training so you’re not just getting hands-on treatment, but learning to move, train, and recover with confidence.
Whether you’re an athlete returning from injury, someone who feels “off” and disconnected, or just want to feel at home in your own skin again, I’m here to help.If you’re looking for a physiotherapist who sees the bigger picture, listens deeply, and empowers you to take charge of your health, let’s work together.
