Your first session is about getting the full picture: understanding your story, your current situation, and what matters most to you. Together, we’ll explore movement, identify what’s happening, and take the first therapeutic steps with targeted interventions. By the end, we’ll have a greater lay of the land, helping us to personalise your plan to guide you towards returning to activities. Sometimes all you need is reassurance that your plan is working, we can assess and let you continue flourishing or point you in the right direction.
